Aidilfitri Charity Sale

We would like to invite you to our Aidilfitri Charity Sale to benefit the orphanage/shelter, Rumah Titian Kaseh and the disadvantaged women entrepreneurs/basket weavers, Salaam Wanita.

Every year we get together with some friends to contribute to Rumah Titian Kaseh in terms of groceries and such but this year we would like to get more people involved as they need more help. They will lose their home soon as the landlord has given them an eviction notice. They will need to look for a new place to live. So here we are doing what we can to help them out. The Single Mothers from Rumah Titian Kaseh will be at this event selling their traditional goodies to support the orphans and themselves, so do come and show your support.

Salaam Wanita is the voice for disadvantaged/low income women. They weave eco-baskets from used magazines and sell them to support their families. We have been helping them by integrating their baskets in our gift offerings but you can help too. They will be at this event, selling their baskets, so please come and show your support.

Our partners, Jonas Jodie, Crumb Cravings and ourselves will also be selling our own products and a % of our sales will go towards Rumah Titian Kaseh.

We also welcome donations to Rumah Titian Kaseh in terms of groceries and sundries. If you would like to donate, these are the items that they need at the moment. You can bring them along to this event. We will be happy to collect them and deliver them for you. Cash donations are also welcomed at the door. We will have a donation box for you to drop off your proceeds.

Baby Formula
Dishwashing liquid
Laundry detergent
Clorox or similar
Sweetened condensed milk (for eg canned F&N milk or similar)
Milo
Soy sauce (Thick & Light or Sweet & Salty)
Fresh Fruits
Cream Crackers
